Principal attorney in Mayor Harrod Law Group concentrating her practice in Business Law, Employee Benefits and Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate working primarily with private businesses, governmental entities and individuals  throughout the state. Business practice includes formation of businesses (corporations, LLCs, partnerships), mergers and acquisitions, contract and transactional work such as drafting of shareholder agreements, employment contracts, leases and other business documents, copyright and trademark work and related business services. Employee benefits practice includes establishment of 401(k) plans, ESOPs and similar plans for businesses, establishment of health, life, flexible spending and similar plans for businesses, consulting and related services. Estate planning, trusts and probate practice includes consultation and drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, probate administration and related services.

Also served as lecturer for national Lorman Education Services seminars. Authored the “Overview of Pension Plans and Profit Sharing Plans” published by the University of Kentucky in 1989 as part of its Kentucky Business Organizations series.
