We provide a full array of estate planning and probate services, including client consultation and planning, drafting of Wills, all types of Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and transfer documents, guidance through the probate process from opening to closing the probate case, making beneficiary distributions and handling creditors’ claims and assistance with business succession planning and charitable and family giving issues.

Our employee benefits team designs, installs and assists in maintaining all types of qualified and non-qualified retirement and deferred compensation plans, including 401(k) plans, pension plans, ESOPs and executive level equity compensation plans as well as health and welfare plans. We regularly assist in plan corrections and disclosure through federal compliance programs and provide assistance and advice regarding fiduciary liability, plan audits, administration and ERISA litigation.
